ORIENTATION + SALES TRAINING
We understand that starting out in a new career
can be intimidating. The good news is you have nothing to
lose as a Princess House Consultant. Chances are, you already
have the foundation to be a successful Consultant - a positive
attitude and a desire to develop new friendships and help
others.
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident as quickly
as possible in your role as Consultant. We do that by providing
full training and all the materials and support necessary to
help you achieve success right away. You’ll soon find that
our exclusive, beautiful products literally sell themselves and
our generous hostess plan makes booking new parties a breeze!
One of the most important things to understand is that you are
never in this career by yourself. You are backed by a team of
friendly, experienced Consultants led by a Unit Organizer who
will take you on 2 to 3 show observations, help you book and
hold your first parties and identify leads for future sales and
new recruits. Over 95% of our new Consultants sell $1,300 or
more in the first 4 weeks!
GETTING STARTED
A Princess House Consultant position offers
a truly unique opportunity in today’s business world. The
power is in your hands to set your own hours, spend more time
with your family, earn excellent income and receive recognition
and rewards for your efforts – all while working in a fun
and social environment! You’re free to take holidays when
you want, change your available hours from week to week and hold
more shows when big expenses come up – without any quotas
to meet or pressure to work more.
For a $100 deposit, you will receive a gorgeous sample set of
our most popular products valued at $1,300 and all the business
supplies you need for a successful start (including catalogues,
display materials, invitations - even 2 roll-away bags for easy
transport).
Our Shining Star program is designed to maximize your success
from the start so you can earn exciting commissions and over
$1,100 in bonus merchandise in your first 8 weeks in business.
Once you’ve completed the Shining Star program, you will
have the confidence, knowledge and skills to continue to achieve
your goals. And our support doesn’t end here. Ongoing guidance,
training and business administration are always available from
your Unit Organizer and Home Office.

annual National Awards recognize Princess House team members

Organizers with the highest sales and new Consultant introductions

Our National Awards ceremony is also the venue
for our annual Starfish Awards and President’s Club awards,
celebrating Consultants who embrace an all-around superior approach
to our principles of leadership, mentorship and enhancing the
lives of others.
STARFISH AWARD
Once upon a time
…
… there was
a man who lived along the ocean. One morning, as
the first rays of sun were rising above the horizon,
he decided to take a walk on the beach. While basking
in the beauty around him, he noticed a lone figure
dancing about further down shore. Curious, he quickened
his pace. As he drew nearer, he realized that the
figure wasn’t dancing, but rather, in one
graceful motion, was picking up objects off the
beach and throwing them gently into the water.
He soon reached the figure, and realized it was
a young boy tossing starfish back into the sea.
“Why in the world are you throwing
starfish into the water?”
“If the starfish
are still on the beach when the tide goes out and
the sun rises higher in the sky, they will surely
die,” replied the young boy as he continued
to toss them out into the waves.
“But it’s such a waste of time and
energy! There are so many starfish and there
are miles and miles of beach. You can’t
really believe that what you’re doing could
really make a difference.”
The young boy picked up another starfish, paused
thoughtfully and remarked as he tossed it into
the sea,“It
makes a difference to this one.”
