Apple Walnut Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts salt & pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. Pure Grapeseed Oil
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
¼ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup apple sauce
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in Griddle over medium-high heat, add chicken and sauté until browned, about 3 minutes per side. In a bowl, mix sliced apples, syrup, apple sauce and walnuts. Add to Griddle with chicken. Cover with lid and bake 20-25 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta or rice.
