Wheat Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

2 cups whole grain flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Pure Grapeseed Oil
¾ cup skim milk
Princess Heritage® Stainless Steel Griddle

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a small, microwaveable dish and cook in microwave until lukewarm. Combine all ingredients and mix until a ball is formed. Roll out onto a floured surface and kneed until dough is soft and smooth (should not be sticky, add more flour if needed). Let dough rest for at least 30 minutes. Split dough into 4 equal balls and roll each out on a floured surface until shaped like a thin disk (pie crust thickness is suggested). Place on hot, ungreased Griddle and cook approximately 40 seconds on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Place tortillas between paper towels to avoid sticking and to keep warm. Makes 4 large tortillas.
