1-1/2 tsp. Pure Grapeseed Oil
salt and pepper to taste

Princess House® Stainless Steel 12” Deep Skillet w/Lid
Pavillion™ Square Platter

Directions

Preheat oven to 175°F. Place platter in oven to warm. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in hot pan and cook until done, turning occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to platter and keep warm in preheated oven.

In small bowl, combine brown sugar and dessert blend. Cook onion in skillet with butter, until onions are tender. Stir in brown sugar mixture and apples. Cover and cook until apples are just tender. Remove apples and onion with a slotted spoon and arrange on top of chops. Keep warm in preheated oven.

Continue cooking sauce, uncovered, until thickened slightly. Pour juices from pork chops into sauce and stir. Spoon over apples and chops. Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 6.
