Fettucini Alfredo

Ingredients

1 box of fettuccini pasta
½ pound of peeled shrimp or cubed chicken breast
2 teaspoons of butter
1 teaspoon of Pure Grapeseed oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
½ teaspoon of dry parsley
16 ounces of half & half
16 ounces of heavy whipping cream
½ cup each of Roman and Parmesan cheeses
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil the pasta until it reaches al dente texture. Rinse it with cold water and drain. Separately, stir fry the chicken or shrimp with the butter and set them aside (season with salt and pepper).

Warm the Casserole (#6429). Pour the Grape Seed Oil. Once the Oil is hot, add the minced garlic and the parsley and sauté for two minutes. Add the pasta and cook 5 more minutes.

Incorporate the half & half, the whipping cream, the cheeses and the stir fried chicken or shrimp. Let it cook for 10 minutes and you are done! Delicious! Serves 4-6.
