Chicken Salsa Pizza
Ingredients
1 14-oz. package pre-baked Italian bread shell crust
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1½ cups Sweet Peach Salsa
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
Fantasia® Bake 'n Serve Tray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bread shell on Fantasia Bake 'n Serve Tray. Sprinkle with ¾ cup of cheese. Top with salsa, chicken and remaining cheese. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serves 4.
