1 cup pre-made barbecue sauce
½ cup ketchup
3 green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large garlic clove, chopped
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 3½ - to 3¾ -lb. chickens, quartered and rinsed

Mix first nine ingredients in Princess Heritage Stainless Steel 2-Qt. Saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour half the sauce into a Pavillion Small Oval Bowl. Prepare grill (medium heat). Brush chicken with barbecue sauce. Grill chicken until cooked through, basting occasionally with sauce. Transfer to Pavillion Square Platter. Pour reserved barbecue sauce into Pavillion Leaf Snack n Serve Bowl and serve.
